This is probably the only moment of the day when you can see Thomas Arlt relaxing. The high school senior wakes up at dawn for school, has just enough time after classes for chores, then heads to the Strip for his job as a sword-wielding knight on horseback in Tournament of Kings at the Excalibur. His dinnertime is the break between the 6 and 8:30 p.m. shows, when he can sneak out to the food court and cram in a few minutes of SAT prep. Inside the smelly dressing room filled with rodeo boys turned knights, country music blaring and insults flying, Arlt finds a moment of peace with his Blizzard.
