Cooking up the odds on Top Chef: Las Vegas

We’re betting folks in a betting town, so when Top Chef: Las Vegas released the names and bios of the 17 chefs competing for this season’s title, we wanted to know the odds of each white-coated cook winning the cash.

The Wynn’s Director of Race & Sports Operations, Johnny Avello, helped us out, handicapping the competition, so that we’ll know exactly who to cheer for with the knives start flying during the August 19th premiere (Bravo, 9 p.m.).
