Finally, White Castle is coming to Las Vegas! Well, sort of—the annual Las Vegas Foodie Fest set for April 26-28 at the Silverton will feature the famously addictive mini-burgers among its dozens of vendors and food trucks this year. Other out-of-town notables include Seoul Sausage, Tornado Potato, Fist of Fusion (formerly known as Truck Norris) and Jogasaki Burrito, plus local favorites Fukuburger, Redneck Kitchen, Dragon Grille and Sin City Cupcakes will be serving it up, too. Three-day admission costs $10. Find the full lineup at lasvegasfoodiefest.com.

Did you catch the recent all-Vegas episode of Chopped where Sensi chef Royden Ellamar outlasted three other local kitchen pros challenged to use Mexican ingredients? You can relive the action with Sensi’s new three-course Chopped menu, featuring replications of Ellamar’s winning dishes. There’s crispy pork terrine and jicama salad, tequila-grilled goat tenderloin with huitlacoche and goat cheese hash, and yucca malasadas, all for $60.

Project Dinner Table kicks off its fourth season on April 20 with a meal at the Neon Museum prepared by an all-star team of chefs from MGM Grand. If you’re willing to shell out $190, you’ll feast on king crab ceviche with grilled hearts of palm and parmesan risotto with braised duck ragout inside the neon sign boneyard. More info and tickets can be found at projectdinnertable.com.

More special event dinners: Cantina Laredo at Tivoli Village is planning a four-course tequila dinner for May 22. Chamucos Tequila will provide the booze and chef Damon Workman will craft each course, with seats priced at $49.99 per person. For reservations, call 202-4511. And at Mandalay Bay, Fleur will host a beer pairing dinner with Lagunitas Brewing Company on April 26 for $65, five courses including Wagyu beef carpaccio with truffle vinaigrette and Veracruz-style loup de mer.
