The Grand Canal Shoppes and the Venetian have partnered with Three Square Food Bank during Hunger Action Month to launch an exclusive e-cookbook featuring more than 30 recipes from restaurants including Estiatorio Milos, Smith & Wollensky, Delmonico, SushiSamba and more. Peyote at Fergusons Downtown is set to debut on Friday, September 24. Live music and free samples will be offered throughout the day from the new restaurant from Corner Bar Management, and Peyote will be open from 6 p.m. until 2 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and from noon until 2 a.m. Friday through Sunday.
Piero’s Italian Cuisine, founded in 1982 by Freddie Glusman considered a legendary Las Vegas restaurant, will be returning to seven-day dinner service on September 28. SBE’s S Bar, which has locations in Miami, LA and Dubai, will be replacing the former Red Square bar and restaurant at Mandalay Bay.
