Join certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner JaeAna Bernhardt for a relaxing 45-minute healing session. Participants will experience the benefits of vibrational sound through the use of singing bowls, chimes, bells, and various other instruments. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, floor mat, or anything that will support you in laying on the floor. Chairs will be available for those who choose to sit. Free and open to the public.
