Since the grand opening of Resorts World Las Vegas last summer, the new destination has continuously brought fresh entertainment, dining and nightlife experiences to the Las Vegas Strip, and it doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon. The resort’s latest experience—in partnership with Zouk Group and Veuve Clicquot—transforms an outdoor space into a pop-up winter experience called Igloo.

The Rose Rooftop venue on the southeastern end of the property (atop Zouk Nightclub) has been decorated with twinkling lights and private igloo structures filled with neutral-colored comfy seats, stools, textured throw pillows, cozy blankets and a center table. It’s a little bubble of Swedish hygge overlooking the Strip.

There are also plush seats available outside the igloos placed near fire pits, where you can roast marshmallows when you order the S’more of What? box ($20), which includes everything required to make the yummiest s’mores.

Fuhu provides first-rate bites included in the bento box ($35), which comes with flavor-packed black pepper beef, chicken lo mein, the Kanikama California roll, tiger shrimp and steamed rice. The premium bento ($70) includes Fuhu fried chicken, fried rice with beef, branzino, sashimi (yellowtail, salmon and chu toro) and a snow crab California roll.

The Igloo experience also includes hand-crafted cocktails like the Hot Biscuit, a Woodinville bourbon, dark Crème de Cacao, Lior 43, chocolate ball and hot milk concoction that will warm you up inside and out. Of course, several varieties of Veuve Clicquot are available to enjoy as well as other select Champagnes.

Igloo runs through February 27, with Rose Rooftop open Friday and Saturday from 4:30 p.m. until 1 a.m.
