Nove Italiano’s bar plates equal elevated temptation

Nove means “nine” in Italian, and that’s your magic number when you make your way to Nove Italiano at the top of the Palms Fantasy Tower. Once you enter you’ll be tempted to secure one of those incredible tables by the windows, offering some of the most dynamic views of the Vegas Valley, but if you hang at the bar you’ll discover the magical menu of nine bites for $9, available all night long.

The meatball sliders are an obvious choice, but consider the fra diavola panini for sandwich satisfaction, too, with spicy sausage, roasted peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. The classic bruschetta is a true crowd-pleaser, but you won’t want to share it. Switch it up with the crab and lemon version, doused in rich extra virgin olive oil. Absolutely order the crispy fried artichokes, a veggie delight served with roasted bell pepper aioli.

After making a meal of these savory snacks, you won’t feel bad about staying at the bar. This view can be just as beautiful. Nove Italiano at the Palms, 702-942-6800; Tuesday-Thursday 5:30-10 p.m., Friday & Saturday 5:30-11 p.m.
